All product is shipped out within one week of purchase unless otherwise communicated to the customer.

There is a flat rate shipping fee on each product purchase that covers both shipping and handling.

Fee will be waved if product is picked up in person at 503 Houston Street Suite B Rosenberg Texas 77471

Skincare and makeup sales are nonrefundable.

Client must present symptoms of skin irritation to exchange for like item(s).

Client has 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange item(s) in spa

Exchange amount may be put on account balance for future retail purchase

Client is responsible for return shipping costs
