Cancelation Policy
Cancelations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment
Missed Appointments
If a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they are required to pay 50% off their service fee
Aesthetic Services - $100
Spa Services - $50
Consultation - $25
Late Arrivals
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a client is an excess of15 min late Elysian holds the right to reschedule your appointment to another date/time.

First time cancelation will receive a warning and note in file
After Three no shows - appointments will be charged in full at the time of booking
Return Policy
Skincare and makeup sales are nonrefundable.
Client must present symptoms of skin irritation to exchange for like item(s).
Client has 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange item(s) in spa
Exchange amount may be put on account balance for future retail purchase
